No collect shipments.
50% deposit required on all orders.
Balance due when merchandise is picked up.
Accounts over 30 days will be subject to 1 1/2% interest per month, plus
storage charges of $6/month for each large box.
Merchandise not claimed after 60 days will be sold.
The limit of this company's liability for loss or damage to any
merchandise while in our possession shall not exceed its actual,
reasonable market cash value. Having no control over specimens
prior to their being received by us for dressing, and in view of the
many factors which have a very definite effect on the final results of
dressing (such as primeness, condition of specimen, climatic
conditions and most important, the lack of knowledge and facilities in
the field by the sportsman, etc), we assume no responsibility or
guarantee to the results of any dressed specimen.
